The plan incorporated the organization’s future business plans and strategic direction, industry change drivers, IT and organizational resources while leveraging the firm’s distinctive competencies.

Project phases and deliverables included:

• Completion of an Investment Operations Review
• Research into industry developments impacting the firm's technology requirements over the next three to five-years
• Successful creation of an investment technology road map designed to improve technology infrastructure and introduce efficiencies via the reengineering of workflows and investment operations.
• Production of a plan inclusive of high-level project descriptions, planning time-lines, resource requirements and cost / benefits / risk analysis.
• Support of industry best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the organizational investment work flows
• Recommendation of improved architecture enhancements to accommodate business scalability
